Maxine & Joe – Engaged

maxine and joe are the very definition of awesomeness. i had the pleasure of shooting their engagement session on monday and i am so incredibly stoked on all their images!!!

this is what it looks like when i bring the funny…

oh so icy…

joe had an inside scoop that the summer house next to where we were shooting was currently empty… ”say no more joe”, that was enough info for me to sneak onto their back deck to snag this little gem.

the plan was to head down to the beach before sunset to get some beach shoots, but i made a slight detour on the way and couldn’t resist taking some edgier shots in this parking garage. that’s right, a parking garage – bring it!

we did eventually make it to the beach where i captured one of my favorite shots of the day.

Nonna - I’m so impressed that you are able to make everyones pictures unique onto them instead of repeating locations and poses. Joe still looks just like he did a a kid. He still has those beautiful eyes.
I especially think the picture on the stairs is really cool. I like them all and I think they are going to have a very difficult time narrowing their choices.
