Soltys Family

we had an awesome shoot the other day with kendall, elizabeth and their two sons, jason and vaughn.  we met kendall earlier this year when we hired him to install our new kitchen which is absolutely beautiful, modern and quite unique.  lauren says how much she loves it everyday.  thank you kendalls kitchens!  with the soltys family the weather was iffy for a little while and we almost had to cancel.  luckily the rain held off just long enough to roll around in their front yard and take some killer portraits of the boys.  thank you for including us in a day in the life of your wonderful family…. we had a great time!

WAY TO GO PHILLIES !!!!!!!

boys will be boys – and jason was no exception.  i think he did like 20 laps around the house while i was trying to get some photos of him. (;

i just love the lone tear drop and mood of this image…

Extra Extra…

read all about it.  lauren, zoe, and i had a little blurb printed about us in the region section of yesterdays paper from the press of atlantic city.  we were down at the park doing some test shots for our upcoming family shoot this thursday.  it just so happened that the photographer from the press was there and asked if he could take some photos of me – taking photos of lauren & zoe.

here is my view from the photo that they ran in the paper.

Up Up and Away

tonight was our neighborhood halloween parade and costume contest down at the ball field.  i can’t even begin to tell you how much lily is into celebrating halloween.  she talks about it all the time.  seriously, i mean “all the time”.  she will spend countless hours searching for the perfect costume online and as soon as she gets excited with her choice she changes her mind and starts the search all over again.  this year she was insistent that the entire family dress the same.  she was sooo stoked that everyone was able to find a super outfit at the costume store.

gotta love baby drool….

oh, and to make the night even better – our little zoe dog WON first place for the “best pet costume”.  you can see in the photo below lily is holding her trophy.  way to go zoe head – bringing one home for the team.

lily was sooo pumped about zoe’s victory.  she used her super powers to do a flyby and buzz the towers. (;  i told you she love – loves halloween.

Have Some Dude Draw Your Face

if you send damien weighill a photo, he will draw your face and put it on his blog.

when he does you might just have a mullet. or perhaps you will be eaten by a great white shark. maybe you will be a giraffe.  he is unpredictable. which makes it all that much cooler.  i just sent a photo of lily to him today, i can’t wait to see what he comes up with for her.

Canvas Print

here’s a little glimpse of 24×36 inches of awesomeness printed on canvas that we just received for maxine and joe.  this piece is going to be hanging on the wall above their bed.  you may remember this gorgeous couple from their engagement shoot we did a few months ago – check it here.
